Problems and solutions. - I can´t sleep-

Sleep well is really important. There are so many things you can try to fix the problem if you don't sleep well. A lot of specialist in this materia say that just keep technology out of the bedroom. You also should limit your caffeine and other stimulants. This may be a hard change, but there are a lot of ways to wake up whithout stimulants. You'll have to experiment a little to find what works, but when you take care of yourself physically, in general, you'll likely find that sleeping works just the way it should.

I don't like that taxi driver talk me. Neither when my hair is cut. I don't like that when I go shopping, the shop assistant ask me: ''I can help you?''. I don't like that people aske me: ''What are you doing?'' or, ''When do you come?''. I like to read books in book shops, but I don't like when someone approach me to read the same that I read. Neither when I am on the beach that people look me when I go to sea to swimming. That's what I want to achieve. I want to go unnoticed. I want to live my life.

WEEKEND  IN MADRID.
Miss is not a concept, it is my relationship status, my home, my headache...sometimes you just have to wait and see what happens. I have made mistakes in my life, but the biggest, definitely, is not having meet you before. Life has taught me to be adult to allow me to cry when you really want to cry. It was nice to go dancing in the middle of Granvia. But one of these days I will give all the same and I go to your house to ask you to invite me to sleep. But sometimes I want to kill you.

My experience ( High school - University)

On the one hand I remember that when I went to High School in Jumilla,  1º course was a great experience, because before I went at Catholic School called Santa Ana. In this school I wore uniform, but this school has not Bachiller. For this reason, when I had finished 4º E.S.O, I went to secondary school called Infanta Elena. In this secondary school I knew a lot of people, among wich the boy of my dreams. In March of 2014 we started a relationship until now. At 2º course I did 'Selectividad' and I had a great mark in that. On the other hand, University had not started very well, because the first days I did not know anybody and my boyfriend started his studies in Alcalá de Henares. But nowadays  I have more friends in the class and I hope to see he soon. In conclusion We must not have fear about new situations, because all changes always are favourables.

Ballet is my passion.

My mum told me that I started dancing at the age of four years in ''Estudio de danza Carolina Bas'' in Jumilla, my town. When I was a child I wanted to be a dancer. Then I started dancing I found  I really liked it. Nowadays it makes me so happy. Firstly was just for fun, but now is so much more than that. Last year I took lessons every monday, wednesday and friday, but unfortunately this year I only take lessons on saturdays because the rest of the week I live in Murcia, and I go back to Jumilla  every weekend, because I just can't wait to get back to my family and... I NEED TO DANCE! I just do whatever makes me happy.

Bull-fighting shouldn't be allowed

I totally disagree with bull-fighting because is one of the worst types of animal abuse. Bulls have the same rigths than you or I to live, I have never liked bull-fighting. I remember that when I was a child, my grandfather and I went to a bullfight, and  I began to cry and we had to go out. It was one of the worst memories of my life. Bullfight it looks like a crie, because to kill animals is the same to kill people and for this reason bullfighters should serve their sentences if bullfights were banned. Unfortunately,  the tourist industry is one of the biggest supporters of bullfighting. Animals shouldn't used for entertainment people, it is something that must to end.

I really excited because I received the news about my favourite singer in the world, Zahara. She's going to come to Murcia for an acoustic concert day 29th October for her album ''SANTA'' in ''Teatro Circo''.The last time that I saw her was in Low Festival, in Benidorm. Last friday I bought the ticket to see her that day. I hope the day comes already.

Giant Causeway

In the picture we can see Giant Causeway. That place was created millions of years ago when a field of lava formed an hexagonal rocks. This place is located in Northern Ireland. It's really fascinating because it has a lot of legends about formation rocks. This place is very similar than Fingal's Cave, because both of them have the same formation. The columns that we can see in the foto are of basalt. It's very ancient place, and this is an amazing historical location.
